As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that each guest has a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and address any needs or concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively engage with guests. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
