We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Support Staff to bolster our front-of-house team! This multifaceted role combines the crucial responsibilities of a Server Assistant and Bar-Back, if this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.

Support Staff Responsibilities:

As a Server Assistant (Busser): Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests depart. Assist servers with pre-bussing tables, removing empty plates and glasses during service. Refill water glasses and bread baskets for guests as needed. Deliver food from the kitchen to tables when necessary, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including sweeping and mopping as required. Stock server stations with silverware, glassware, napkins, and other supplies. Assist in polishing silverware and glassware. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. As a

Bar-Back:

Restock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, ice, and garnishes throughout service. Prepare and cut fresh garnishes for cocktails. Change kegs and assist with maintaining beer lines. Clean and maintain bar equipment, including glass washers and ice machines. Empty trash and recycling from the bar area. Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar at all times. Assist bartenders with general duties to ensure efficient drink preparation and service. Assist with inventory and receive deliveries as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment is a plus but not required – we are willing to train motivated individuals! Strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, boxes, and kegs (up to 50 lbs). Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Flexibility to work evenings
