As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary to enhance the guest experience. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet our high standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy, striving to resolve issues effectively. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with dietary restrictions or preferences. Uphold food handling safety standards while serving food and beverages. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy service periods. Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
