Summary As a Dietary Server, you will be integral to delivering high-quality food service within our dietary department, ensuring that residents receive nutritious meals tailored to their needs. Reporting to the Healthcare Culinary Director, your role involves food preparation, serving, and maintaining food safety standards. Your core skills in customer service and food handling will enhance the dining experience for our clients, while your premium experience in assisted living or healthcare settings will be invaluable. Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident preferences. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during food handling and service. Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring all dietary needs are met. Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or special requests. Collaborate with the dietary team to maintain a clean and organized dining environment. Support the dietary department in inventory management and food production tasks as needed.
