As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service in a friendly and efficient manner. Hours to work are Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 3:30 to close (usually around 9:30). Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining our standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Sales skills to promote menu items and enhance the dining experience for guests. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
