The inventive menu, created by Executive Chef Denis Crutchfield, celebrates the flavors of the Lowcountry focusing heavily on seasonal produce and locally sourced meats/seafood, using modern and rustic techniques. We are currently seeking AM & PM servers for our patrons.

Food Runner/Server Assistant Job Description:

Runs the food to the tables and makes sure the customer does not need anything else. They make sure each customer at the table is satisfied with their food, and if needed brings the customer extra dressing, more silverware, or correct any mistakes about their order. The food runner also pre-busses the table of dirty dishes before leaving the customer.

Qualifications:

15 years old Outgoing personality Experience providing excellent customer service Ability to communicate with a team Able to multi-task in a face pace environment Ability to lift 25 pounds Ability to stand and stay active for long periods of time Maintaining standards of cleanliness and following health code requirements Ability to work weekends and holidays. Reliable Transportation Timeliness and urgency is mandatory
