With a menu crafted by Executive Chef Brandon Buck, we offer a variety of shareable American and International dishes, complemented by 48 self-serve taps of beer, wine, and homemade cocktails. Our venue is perfect for events of all sizes, providing memorable experiences for guests. Summary As a Front of House Team Member and Server at Crush Yard, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. Located in a lively environment filled with fun activities like pickleball and arcade games, this role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere that Crush Yard is known for. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor as they arrive. Check guests in to their reservations and give them an exceptional experience. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring quality standards. Assist with events and programs to give an exciting and fun experience for all guests. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Clean and sanitize bathrooms and high traffic areas as necessary. Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately process payments. Provide information about menu items and specials to enhance guest experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or similar customer service role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers is required.
