As a Hibachi Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using POS systems. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests while maintaining attention to detail. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. Address guest inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Stay knowledgeable about menu items, including specials, ingredients, and culinary techniques.
