Hospitality Associate Charleston Distilling Co 3548 Meeks Farm Road, Johns Island, SC 29455 Thursday 4-9 Friday 4-10 Saturday 3-10 Sunday 2-9 Monday 4-9 other days available if you want to be full time

• Must be friendly and courteous to all guests
• Must be organized, on time, and ready to work
• Part time, weekday nights and weekends..no late nights
• Be a guest recognition expert. Know our regulars by name.
• Be quick, attentive, approachable, and fun with everyone that walks through the door.
• Always be professional, while still maintaining a casual atmosphere.
• Enter orders in our point-of-sale system quickly and accurately
• Monitor and observe guests’ dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Constantly maintain a clean bar and environment.
• Provide appropriate farewells to all guests.
• Perform more than your share of side work at the start and end of each shift.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the standard drink recipes.
• Prepare garnishes for drinks
• Maintain bottles & glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
• Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to manager.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.

Willing to pay Up to 10/12 dollars an hour plus tips for the right candidate.
