Responsibilities:

• Greet seated guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Help out with inventory/organization of bar.
• Help team serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Full Hands In, Full Hands Out in all aspects of operation.
• Teach our guests about Baijiu
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Experience:

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent guest experiences
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
