This is a pay-per-job opportunity — you get paid for each job you complete after making the required number of diligent service attempts. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable navigating a range of neighborhoods and situations with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Serve legal documents including summons, complaints, subpoenas, and other court-related materials. Attempt service at varying times and locations as required (morning, afternoon, evening). Accurately complete service documentation including dates, times, and descriptions of attempts. Communicate updates and service status with District Process Service staff promptly. Use ServeManager to log attempts and upload GPS time-stamped photos of each visit. Conduct basic skip tracing or field investigation if initial attempts fail. Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable laws and regulations for service of process. Qualifications Prior experience is preferred but not required — training is available. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow legal procedures. Comfortable driving and navigating various neighborhoods. Professional, respectful demeanor — even in high-stress or evasive service scenarios.
