What You’ll Do:

Manage the pass and ensure every plate leaves perfect Communicate clearly with both kitchen and service staff Run food quickly, safely, and accurately to guests & bring dishes back from the dining room Keep your station organized and on point during service Handle pressure like a pro — calm, focused, and fast Be a sweetheart and help reset tables when things get wild
