Duties:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Must have bartending experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred
• Ability to provide excellent guest services with a friendly attitude
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Basic math skills for order taking and processing payments accurately
• Familiarity with Tost POS is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
