Job Summary:

Vampire Penguin is a fun, fast-paced dessert shop specializing in shaved snow desserts. We’re looking for outgoing, reliable team members to join our Chill Crew and help us create magical, delicious experiences for every customer.

• Responsibilities:

  Greet and assist customers in a friendly and energetic manner Prepare and serve our signature shaved snow and other desserts Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash, card, and point-of-sale transactions accurately Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly

• Qualifications:

  Prior customer service or food service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A positive attitude and a love for sweet treats!
