Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including operating the cash register and processing payments. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during food handling and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Requirements Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or upscale restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
