Wine Bar Server Wine Shop OV Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their meal. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values hospitality and teamwork, making each dining experience memorable. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our brand standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their time with us, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food safety standards. Stay knowledgeable about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations. Obtain and maintain strong working knowledge of all wines in the shop for on-premise and retail sales. Skills Proven experience in food service or the food industry is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
