Summary We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Nic & Norman’s. In this role, you will be essential in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Your contributions will help us maintain our mission of creating special moments in a vibrant and artistic environment. Responsibilities Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Requirements Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred. Strong guest relations skills with a passion for providing excellent service. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
