Server/Waiter Ginza Buffet 3023 Wade Hampton Boulevard, Taylors, SC 29687 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Waitress to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to hospitality and customer service, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and valued. As a Server, you will play a vital role in the overall dining experience, from delivering beverages, maintaining your section of tables, and addressing any customer inquiries. Full time servers are usually scheduled for 4 or 5 days (including Sunday) with 2 or 3 days off during the week. Shifts are typically 10-12 hours depending on the day with 1.5 hour breaks. Duties Greet guests promptly upon seating by the host Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area. Deliver drink orders to tables efficiently, ensuring accuracy in presentation and timing. Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for new guests. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Experience Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
