As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary restrictions Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Process payments using the POS system, ensuring accuracy in transactions Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Experience Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus, along with knowledge of culinary terms and practices Experience with POS systems.
