The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest relations. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining food safety standards. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for new guests. Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials, to effectively upsell and assist guests with their selections. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards throughout the dining area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts, demonstrating strong teamwork skills. Requirements Proven experience as a Server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest requests simultaneously. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours in a nightclub setting if applicable. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to help team members as needed.
