Server Sally’s Southern Comfort Food 3251 Kershaw Highway, Westville, SC 29175 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage waitlists efficiently
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and bartenders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries about menu items
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally Skills
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Square POS system is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills
