We are currently seeking a Dietary Server to assist in preparing, serving, and delivering meals to residents while maintaining a clean and sanitary dining environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys food service and is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve meals, snacks, and beverages in a timely and friendly manner. Assist with food preparation and portioning under the direction of dietary leadership. Ensure kitchen, equipment, and dining areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. Support residents with mealtime needs, including assistance with eating and drinking as needed. Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and infection control guidelines. Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure smooth, efficient meal service. Follow any special dietary requirements and resident preferences. Contribute to a positive dining experience for residents by maintaining a cheerful and courteous attitude.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a dietary or food service role preferred (assisted living or healthcare setting a plus). Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
