• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Dining Services Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service in our dining facilities, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. The Dining Services Server will work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to deliver high-quality food and service in a timely manner.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive in the dining area.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and dietary options.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, including special requests.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and quality.
• Clear tables promptly and reset for the next guests, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation during peak dining hours.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including floors, tables, and service stations.
• Follow health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
• Work as part of a team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Participate in training and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
