The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring a warm welcome, efficient service, and a positive atmosphere. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize dining flow. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Assist with guest inquiries and provide recommendations on menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu offerings and making reservations as needed. Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette to manage reservations and guest inquiries effectively. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and helping guests feel welcome and valued.
