Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, guide them through our menu offerings, and create a memorable experience that encourages repeat visits.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system Serve drinks and menu items with attention to detail and presentation Be knowledgeable about bourbon, beer, and menu Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly and professionally Assist with restocking, opening/closing duties, and special events as needed Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills A team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance Available to work evenings and weekends
