Server Assistant Millpond Steakhouse 84 Boykin Mill Rd, Rembert, SC 29128 Job Overview We are located in beautiful, historic Boykin, SC. Located just a few miles from Camden and a short 30 minute ride from Columbia, we offer a unique and serene dining experience unlike anything else in the state! We are open Tuesday thru Saturday for dinner service only. Pay is hourly plus tips. This would be a great position for a high school student or college student looking for an evening job. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our servers and kitchen staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a desire to work in a fast-paced culinary environment. Responsibilities Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations throughout the shift. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Support banquet setups and breakdowns as needed, ensuring all equipment is properly handled and stored. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and needs promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
