Job Summary:
As a Server at Eleven11, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, menu knowledge, and a welcoming atmosphere. You are the face of our brand—and we’re looking for team members who take pride in every detail of the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism Take and enter food and beverage orders using our Toast POS system Be knowledgeable about all menu offerings, including daily features and specialty cocktails Ensure accuracy and timeliness of order delivery Check in with guests regularly and respond to any needs or concerns Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining area Present checks, process payments, and thank guests Assist with opening and closing side work duties
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a full-service restaurant preferred Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred if serving alcohol) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
