To Go Server:
Answer phone calls promptly and accurately in a friendly and professional manner. Execute orders from guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all items are included and accurately priced. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests about menu items, promotions, and specials. Process payment transactions accurately and securely. Ensure proper packaging of orders to maintain quality and freshness for guests during pickup. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team, communicating special requests or changes as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service and food service are preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in taking orders. Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
