The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and valued. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance with health standards. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Experience Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe dining environment.
