The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences while ensuring that every guest feels valued and well taken care of. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the OpenTable system. Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to health and safety standards. Foster positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment. Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and menu offerings. Experience Previous experience in a hospitality or casual dining setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and sales techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
