• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food
• Prepare beverages, such as coffee, tea, soda, beer
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
• Provide excellent guest service and address any concerns or complaints
• Perform closing duties as assigned at the end of the night to include but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, rolling silverware, “salad bar” shut down, drink station shut down, dining room shut down. “`Experience“`
• Previous experience in hospitality, serving, or customer service preferred
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
• Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
