LEAD SERVER

Lead Server Key Responsibilities:
Provide courteous, prompt service to our guests Successfully adhere to Emily’s Steps of Service Accurately enter guest orders into Breadcrumb (POS system) Demonstrate full knowledge of menu and beverage offerings Personalize the guest experience through attentive service and thoughtful suggestions Communicate dietary restrictions and special requests clearly to culinary staff Perform opening and closing duties Help maintain a clean and presentable work environment Maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor during service Promote safety for yourself, your team, and our guests at all times Adhere to company policies and procedures Support management by training, mentoring, and onboarding new servers Lead by example during service, offering guidance and answering questions as needed Help maintain consistency in service quality across the team
Qualifications:
