The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that food is delivered promptly and accurately to guests, enhancing their dining experience. This position requires a strong understanding of food safety and preparation, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and servers. Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Buss tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a clean environment for incoming patrons.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, special requests, and any issues that arise.
