Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they are seated in a timely fashion. Take accurate food and drink orders. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests, checking in to ensure satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and concerns in a professional manner. Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, including resetting tables and refilling drinks. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Follow all restaurant safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as carry heavy trays and supplies. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
