As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using a cash register or point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials, to provide recommendations to guests. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Clean tables and dining areas as needed to maintain a tidy environment for guests. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or a nightclub environment is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
