You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your ability to connect with customers and manage their needs will play a crucial role in our restaurant’s success. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments through cash register systems. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Assist with bussing tables to ensure a clean dining environment for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables and guest needs during busy periods. Skills Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high hygiene standards. Experience in bussing tables efficiently to support the dining flow. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
