The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional support to servers and ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly. As a Server Assistant, you will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and contribute to a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff. Responsibilities Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Help manage inventory levels by assisting with restocking supplies in the kitchen and dining area. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or needs promptly and courteously. Operate Aloha POS system for order entry when required, ensuring accuracy in order processing. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is a plus. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
