The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and ensuring all utensils are properly cleaned and organized. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a nightclub setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation regulations. Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
