In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment while assisting in food preparation and ensuring excellent guest service. Your contributions will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Sanitate kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils to ensure a clean and safe cooking environment. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients as directed by the head chef. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems. Provide exceptional guest services by responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction during their dining experience. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy service periods, especially in a nightclub setting. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Skills Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, with an understanding of kitchen operations. Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems. Strong math skills for accurate cash management and order processing. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. A passion for providing outstanding guest services in a vibrant nightlife atmosphere.
