The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and with exceptional service. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a team-oriented atmosphere. Duties Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Assist servers by communicating guest needs and relaying special requests to the kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service periods. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and assisting with any needs they may have. Uphold restaurant standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and helpful demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed.
