The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest relations, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system or similar technology. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist guests with menu selections, answering any questions regarding ingredients or preparation methods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests. Uphold food handling safety standards to ensure the health and well-being of all guests. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a server role within a fine dining setting is required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on helping guests feel welcome and valued. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills for effective guest interactions and teamwork. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests is essential. ABC Certification is required.
