This is an extremely high volume establishment. We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in the food service industry and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Duties

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist with basic food preparation and handling when needed

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures
• Familiarity with POS
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
