Present menus and provide detailed information about food and drink offerings. Take accurate orders using basic math skills for calculations. Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle cash transactions and manage cash handling responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Adhere to food handling safety standards to ensure health compliance. Manage time effectively to accommodate busy periods while maintaining quality service. Qualifications Previous experience in a server role within a nightclub or fine dining setting is preferred but not required. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Knowledge of food service protocols and food handling practices is essential. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
