• must live in the state of Tennessee (near the counties listed)! ProVest is one of the nation’s largest legal support services firms, providing service of process and related services to many of the country’s most notable law firms and financial institutions. We serve thousands of documents each year
• ranging from foreclosure and collection proceedings to litigation and civil complaints.

We are looking for self-reliant, results-driven, personable people to work as independent contractors delivering legal documents. You drive your own car and set your own schedule (based on our flexible time parameters). We provide everything else you need. We will provide walk-through and support as you learn to use our proprietary apps ( PVLS & PSO Mobile) on your smartphone to help record all your work, track your payments, and even map your stops. Typical day serve legal documents to residences and corporations according to Federal, State and Local laws provide status and photos for each attempt on all cases through smart phone apps (PSO and PVLS Mobile) edit/print proof of service/ return of service from our process server case management software (desktop) attempt files every 72 hours with a different time parameter until you hit 5 attempts (all with different time parameters) Additional information full-time case load. Must be able to serve/attempt files daily $30.00 per address for collections and $18.00 per address for medical cases $30.00 per defendant at an address for foreclosures Must pick original cases from courthouses and drop off completed warrants to courthouses within 48 hours of completion of service This is a contractor position (1099), not an employee (W2)

• paid on cases serviced/non-served once required documents are returned Must live within the counties or close by This is a great opportunity for people wanting a self-determined career path or just add some additional income and flexibility in their schedule. This is a 1099 contract position, paid based on jobs completed weekly!
