Overview:
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Caterer/Server to join our team. As a Caterer/Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to guests in a variety of settings, including restaurants, hotels, and banquet halls. This role requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a clean and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Set up and serve banquet and catering events, ensuring that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to prepare and deliver high-quality dishes.
- Manage food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and beverage offerings.
- Provide exceptional guest relations, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Perform bussing duties, including clearing tables and removing trash.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry, including experience as a server or caterer.
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including trays and boxes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
