We do this every day at Dollywood Resorts, which include over 600 rooms and 15 Food & Beverage outlets, all located in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Our future plans include growing our resort footprint to over 1200 rooms across five resorts at Dollywood. We are seeking a Poolside Server for Dollywood Resorts who will embody the heart and soul of our mission of creating memories worth repeating while caring deeply about our brand. The right Poolside Server checklist will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator. The Poolside server will provide an excellent guest experience through proper steps of service and maintain a great work environment for our fellow hosts and vendors. Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders. Summary of Essential Functions & Responsibilities Checks with Manager for daily forecast Stocks and presents food/beverage items to standard Inspects location for cleanliness, proper supply levels Orders/requisitions food and supplies through lead/sous chef Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes Uses POS accurately.
