Pigeon Forge, TN 37863 Greet and serve customers and take their orders in a friendly, attentive manner Explain menu items and make recommendations based on the customer’s preferences and dietary restrictions Enter orders accurately into the point of sale (POS) system and deliver them to the kitchen Ensure that food is served promptly and at the correct temperature Check on customers throughout the meal to ensure their satisfaction Process payments and handle any issues with billing Keep the dining area clean and presentable Prepare and serve drinks quickly and efficiently Keep the bar area clean and well-stocked Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques Ability to work efficiently and quickly Attention to detail and accuracy in measuring ingredients Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work well in a team environment
