Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables, maintaining quality and presentation standards. Process payments efficiently using cash registers and POS systems. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Manage multiple tables effectively while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Skills Proficient in using POS systems, with experience in Toast being a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately. Experience in hospitality is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
