Responsibilities:
Create a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for all guests, including guests at your tables and your teammate’s tables. Promptly greet guests with enthusiasm as they arrive at your table Correctly take, enter and deliver food and beverage orders timely ensuring guest satisfaction. Refilling beverages and providing utensils, condiments, napkins and fulfill other guest requests Keeping tables clean, organized and presentable Engaging in welcoming and friendly conversation as you guide guests through their dining experience Following all company policies, health and safety procedures Providing guests with the correctly calculated check Informing management of customer feedback, both good and bad Pitching in to assist teammates where and when needed
Requirements:
Server experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to operate Point of Sale Systems Ability to lift 30-50lbs
