Job Summary:
The Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional service during events, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This role involves setting up banquet rooms, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized environment throughout events.
Key Responsibilities:
Setup and Preparation:
Prepare banquet rooms for events, including table settings, decorations, and buffet layouts. Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are ready before the event begins.
Guest Service:
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu inquiries. Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to established service standards. Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests efficiently.
Event Coordination:
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service. Monitor food and beverage levels during the event and communicate with the kitchen as needed.
Cleanliness and Organization:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout the event. Assist with the breakdown and clean-up of the event space after guests depart. Adherence to
